Influencer Marketing Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Influencer Marketing Manager to take full ownership of building and scaling an influencer marketing program from the ground up. The client is a fast-growing company in the healthcare and wellness industry, making this role ideal for someone who thrives in creating structure, driving measurable results, and cultivating strong influencer relationships.
You’ll oversee the end-to-end process—from sourcing and negotiating direct partnerships to contract management, campaign execution, and performance reporting.

Salary Range: up to 100,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role
- Build and scale the brand's influencer marketing program from scratch, with full channel ownership.
- Identify, vet, and secure direct partnerships with influencers who align with brand goals.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms directly with influencers.
- Develop and document SOPs for influencer outreach, onboarding, and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal legal team to review and finalize contracts.
- Manage end-to-end influencer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain communication pipelines between influencers and the brand.
- Track, report, and analyze influencer campaign performance to optimize results.
- Balance manual influencer management with effective use of tools, ensuring budget allocation prioritizes influencer spend.
The Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing with proven success in building and managing programs.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate directly with influencers and manage contracts.
- Experience setting up workflows, SOPs, and scalable processes.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results from influencer partnerships.
- Ability to work US Eastern Time zone.
- Experience with influencer tools or platforms (e.g., Aspire, Grin, Tagger).
- Previous experience working in highly regulated industries like healthcare or wellness.
